Payment Options

At Texas Masonic Retirement Center, we offer excellent living arrangements and an active lifestyle, with payment options to fit every budget.  Accommodations, meals, housekeeping, wellness services, and many more services are included.  Please feel free to contact us at 817.275.2893 or information@txmrc.org with questions on our payment options.  

Option 1:  Payment for Services

You may select from a variety of floor plans in our new luxury apartment building, Royal Arch Plaza, our Main Building, or a duplex unit.  The diagram below explains the various locations and associated costs.  In addition to a choice of apartments or duplex units, each person receives the benefits of living at TMRC, including accommodations, meals, housekeeping, wellness services, and a wide variety of activities. With this payment option, a deposit and daily rate per person is required.

Option 2: Total Asset Turnover

You receive all the benefits of living at TMRC, including an apartment in the Main Building, meals, housekeeping, wellness services, a wide variety of activities and other services in exchange for the transfer of all assets.  This includes, but is not limited to, any and all residences, automobiles, savings accounts, real estate, stocks, bonds, etc.

This option includes a five year financial look-back period.
